At Sjöhuset, we offer a variety of rental opportunities. You can also rent the entire house for retreats and events. We also rent out different equipment to serve your needs outdoors including stand up paddle board, outdoor tent, mobile drink station & more.

  • Welcome to our Art Community Space. We have an art easel, large desk & a sun facing window.

  • 300 SEK per day between
    8am - 4:30pm

    Access to common areas of Sjohuset including the kitchen (without stove), table with 8 seats, lounge area & a sunny desk area.

    Complimentary tea, coffee & high speed internet access.

    100 SEK/ hour OR 700 SEK/ day

    Mobile Bar & Drink Station

  • We offer the opportunity to RENT ALL of SJÖHUSET for courses, meetings, retreats and workshops.

Cancellation policy

Sjöhuset pays monthly rent in advance. To match this also we invoice our customers in advance.

In the event of bookings being canceled early, our ability to offer the cancelled time/venue to a new interested party is limited, and the later the cancellation occurs, the greater the limitation.

We therefore apply the following cancellation policy:

If canceled 14 to 7 days early, 50% of the specified price under the Rentals menu will be charged.

If canceled less than 7 days early, 60% of the specified price under the Rentals menu will be charged.
