Sjöhuset is a Community Center with a holistic orientation. The business is conducted at Johan Tillanders väg 15 in Ängby Park in Bromma. All activities organized in Sjöhuset have health and community as the overarching theme. Sjöhuset also distances itself from all forms of racism, xenophobia and violent extremism and does not allow any activities or forms of expression that stand in opposition to this in its premises. Thus are also all forms of crime and prostitution prohibited in all contexts that have to do with Sjöhuset.

Anyone who intends to rent premises in Sjöhuset to organize activities within its chosen theme of operations must realize that individuals who choose to participate in the offered activity may have a need for confidentiality. Sjöhuset must therefore have high integrity requirements for those who rent and organize activities in Sjöhuset's premises.

A Sjöhuset facilitator must also have relevant training or previous experience in his or her specialist area, so that the range offered can be carried out in accordance with industry practice and quality in each area.
